Deposit Agreement
I understand that the balance of the purchase price of the puppy is due by the time the puppy is six weeks of age; Hill Country Doodles is not required to hold a puppy that is not paid for by the age of 6 weeks (in fairness to others who may be on the waiting list and be ready to come and pick up a puppy). If the puppy is not picked up at 8 weeks or if the buyer has not made arrangements to do so, the puppy may be sold to another family after reasonable attempts to contact the buyer have been made by Hill Country Doodles. The Health Guarantee must be signed before the puppy will be released to his/her family.
I understand that under no circumstances am I to surrender said puppy to a pound or shelter, or dispose of the puppy/dog in any way. If I decide to no longer keep the puppy/ dog, I will give Hill Country Doodles first option of possession to try and place the puppy/dog before giving or selling the puppy/dog to a third party.
Puppy will be spayed/neutered before 6 months of age (see Health Guarantee).
I have read and understand the Deposit Agreement for the puppy that I am purchasing from Hill Country Doodles and Agree to the terms of said agreement.
